'Tis Autumn.  The lazy summer is just a sweet memory.  We're back to the busy fall pace of school, after-school activities, sports.  Hectic schedules mean simple meals.  Nothing could be easier than some Giuseppe Cocca pasta(the finest macaroni from Abuzzo, Italy)tossed with our 3 1/2 yr. old Parmigiano Reggiano.  Served with a quick salad-done and delicious!  After a weekend of raking leaves or picking apples serve a hearty soup and one of our aged cheddars; and what could be more warming on a cold ,rainy autumn evening than a meltingly delicious Raclette cheese, some Prosciutto Di Parma, or Bresaola, cornichons and a crisp baguette.
